Warranty and repair

How do I report a product complaint?

Is your product broken (delivered) or not working properly? Then report your complaint to our customer service, preferably via e-mail. We can have some products repaired.

What is covered by the warranty?

We offer a minimum of 2 years warranty on manufacturing defects on all products. Your product should not break during the first 2 years with normal use. For some products we even offer a warranty of more than 2 years. If you have a complaint about your article, we always take the type of article into account, in addition to the warranty. It is logical that, for example, a vacuum cleaner should last longer than a vacuum cleaner mouth.

After you have registered your item, our repair service will assess whether your complaint is justified. We will always let you know whether your complaint is within or outside the warranty. This way you will not be faced with surprises.

Does your complaint fall within the warranty? Then the costs for exchanging or repairing your item are for our account. Including advance and / or shipping costs, of course.

If your complaint is not covered by the warranty, we will let you know what costs are involved in the repair or exchange. You can then decide for yourself whether you want to incur (part of) the costs. We calculate never research costs.

Where can I find my warranty card?

Your invoice is your guarantee certificate. If you no longer have the invoice, please contact our customer service so that they can find the moment of purchase.

All BEAM vacuum cleaners are provided with a model and serial number, please state this in case of complaints.

Can I have my product repaired?

We do not repair broken nozzles, but most other products do.

We would like to receive a detailed complaint description with your repair request, so that we can help you as quickly as possible. After your repair request, we will contact you within 2 days on working days to immediately find the best solution. Send your request preferably by e-mail.

How long does a repair take?

The repair time differs per product or problem. For example, is a new part required or do we have to perform extensive testing to ensure correct operation?

It is always annoying when you cannot use your product for a while. That is why we ensure that the repair takes a maximum of 5 working days from the moment we receive the product back.

Legal guarantee

All items that you buy from us have a legal guarantee. This means that an item must be in good condition upon delivery and function properly under normal use.

We offer a minimum of 2 years warranty on manufacturing defects on all products. Your product should not break during the first 2 years with normal use. For some products we even offer a warranty of more than 2 years. We also look at the economic life of the article, because one product lasts longer than another.

Economic life

UNETO-VNI has researched the average lifespan of a large number of electronic items. Do you want to know how long your item should last? Here you can view the table 'Depreciation Methods Guidelines'.

What is a good product?

You should be able to use a product for at least a certain amount of time without any problems. How long a product lasts depends on what it is. A vacuum cleaner naturally has a longer lifespan than a vacuum cleaner brush. Have you bought a product on sale? Even then you are entitled to a good product.

When is a product not good?

A product is not good if it is incomplete, damaged or broken and / or it does not work properly.

Your rights during the warranty

If a product does not function properly within the applicable warranty, we will look for a suitable solution as soon as possible. Think of a free repair, a new article or a refund of your money. Is the problem with the article your fault? Then you are not entitled to a free repair, a new article or a refund. Have you used the product normally and is it just worn out? Even then you are not entitled to the above solutions.

Warranty limitations

This warranty only covers defects due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur in normal household use and does not cover damage caused by products not supplied by BEAM, or damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, abuse, misapplication, modifications and changes to the product, or commercial use, such as hotel, office, restaurant, or rental use of the product, or damage resulting from maintenance / repair work performed by an unauthorized person or organization, or damage due to force majeure.

Complaint or defect within warranty

If you report an article complaint, we will check whether the warranty provisions, as described in the general terms and conditions, apply to your situation. If the complaint is well-founded, all costs (including pre-arrival and / or shipping costs) within the warranty are for our account.
