Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to us are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the items must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in their original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@vacuum cleaners.com.

We will then refund the order amount due within 5 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
 
Return exceptions
Note: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products: 

1. For sealed products. When the seal is broken are with these products
2. not returnable.
3. that are custom made by the entrepreneur based on specifications
4. according to the consumer;
5. that are clearly personal in nature;
6. that can not be returned due to their nature;
7. whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market on which the
8. entrepreneur has no influence.
